What We Believe

Our Beliefs

Scripture is the foundation for everything we believe, teach, and practice. Every doctrine is tested by the Word of Yahweh.

"All Scripture is given by inspiration of Yahweh, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

2 Timothy 3:16

We believe in one Yahweh — the Almighty Creator of heaven and earth, the Most High Elohim, the eternal and self-existent One. His personal name, Yahweh, appears thousands of times in Scripture and is to be revered above all names.

Yahweh is holy, righteous, loving, and just. He is the Author of all life, the Source of all truth, and the King of all creation. We exist to glorify Him.

Deuteronomy 6:4Exodus 3:15Isaiah 42:8Psalm 83:18

We believe Yahshua is the Messiah — the Son of Yahweh, born of a virgin, who lived a sinless life, died as an atoning sacrifice, was resurrected on the third day, ascended to the right hand of Yahweh, and will return as King of Kings.

Yahshua is our High Priest, our Savior, our Teacher, and our coming King. Salvation is found in Him alone through repentance and faith.

Isaiah 53John 3:16Acts 4:12Hebrews 4:14-16Revelation 19:16

We believe the entirety of Scripture — both Testaments — is the inspired Word of Yahweh, without error in its original form, and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice. We do not add to it, subtract from it, or replace it with tradition.

Scripture is our final authority. If a teaching cannot be founded in Yahweh's Word, we do not accept it as binding doctrine.

2 Timothy 3:16-17Psalm 119:105Proverbs 30:5-6Matthew 5:17-18

We believe true faith in Yahweh produces genuine repentance — a turning away from sin and toward Yahweh with a whole heart. Salvation is by grace through faith, but genuine faith always produces obedience to Yahweh's commandments.

We do not believe obedience earns salvation, but love for Yahweh is expressed through keeping His commandments as Yahshua himself taught.

Acts 3:191 John 2:3-4John 14:15Ezekiel 36:26-27

We believe the seventh-day Sabbath — from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset — is Yahweh's eternal covenant sign with His people, a holy day of rest, worship, and delight. It was instituted at creation and confirmed throughout Scripture as a perpetual ordinance.

The Sabbath is not a burden but a gift — a day to rest in Yahweh's provision, draw near to Him in worship, and celebrate His faithfulness.

Genesis 2:2-3Exodus 20:8-11Isaiah 58:13-14Hebrews 4:9-10

We believe prayer is direct communication with Yahweh through Yahshua our Mediator. We are called to pray without ceasing and to worship Yahweh in spirit and in truth.

Worship is not limited to singing — it encompasses all of life lived for Yahweh's glory, from how we work and raise our families to how we treat our neighbors.

1 Thessalonians 5:17John 4:23-24Philippians 4:6-7Romans 12:1

We believe in the literal, physical return of Yahshua to establish Yahweh's Kingdom on earth — the resurrection of the righteous, the renewal of all things, and the eternal reign of Yahweh among His people.

We live as sojourners and pilgrims, with our eyes fixed on this eternal hope and our hands faithfully at work until He comes.
